Chasin’ Jason prize description:

The Chasin’ Jason prizes consist of the following:

1. $10,000 in prizes as part of the tournament payouts.
2. One (1) 2025 EPT Monte Carlo Gold Pass valued at $12,000 for the participant eliminating Jason Koon (username: JasonKoon85). $2,000 of the prize will be paid out instantly upon eliminating Jason Koon to the winning participant’s PokerStars account. The remainder of the prize consists of a 2025 EPT Monte Carlo Main Event seat, accommodation and travel credit totaling $10,000 in value. This portion of the prize must be claimed within seven days of being notified by PokerStars. In the event two or more players eliminate Jason holding the same winning hand, the $2,000 portion of the bounty prize will be split evenly and the remainder of the bounty prize will be awarded to the player that finishes the tournament in the highest position.
3. “Meet & Greet” with Jason Koon at the 2025 EPT Monte Carlo tournament series.

1. The Tournament is only open to individuals who are at least 21 years of age, physically present in New Jersey or Michigan. Employees, officers and directors of the Sponsor, its affiliates, cable/satellite affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, retailers, distributors, and each of such employees’, officers’ and directors’ immediate family members and/or those living in the same household (whether legally related or not) of each are not eligible to participate in the Tournament. 
2. PokerStars will send the winner an email to the address linked to their Stars Account (“Notification”) after the Tournament. The winner must reply to the Notification and accept the prize within seven (7) days after the date of the Notification (“Response Period”). If the winner does not respond to the Notification and accept the prize, the EPT Monte Carlo Main Event seat, accommodation, travel credit and Meet and Greet part of the prize will be forfeited and PokerStars may, in its discretion, offer the remainder of the unclaimed prize to another Tournament player in the order of finishing results until a winner who accepts the prize in accordance with this paragraph is found.
3. The prize does not include any costs, taxes, fees, expenses and/or arrangements not expressly specified in the prize description. The winner is solely responsible for, and PokerStars will not be liable to reimburse the winner for, any such additional charges and expenses. 
4. PokerStars has no liability for lost or stolen tickets, vouchers, certificates and/or other documentation connected with the prize.
5. All elements of the prize are strictly non-transferable, non-exchangeable and may not be re-sold. No cash or any other alternative is available for any element of the prize. No alternative dates are available.
6. If any element of the prize becomes unavailable, or if the winner is unable to use/take part in any element of the prize, for any reason beyond PokerStars’ reasonable control, PokerStars is not obliged to offer an alternative prize or any cash alternative or compensation. If the winner is unable to use the prize, they must inform PokerStars as soon as possible and the EPT Monte Carlo Main Event seat, accommodation, travel credit and Meet and Greet part of the prize package will be forfeited, following which PokerStars may, in its discretion, offer those parts of the prize to another Tournament player in the order of finishing results until a winner who is able to attend is found.
7. The winner must not do anything that may bring the PokerStars, any of its group companies or its commercial partners into disrepute. PokerStars reserves the right to take appropriate action (including the removal of any element of the prize) if the winner acts in a way that PokerStars reasonably considers bringing the PokerStars, any of its group companies or its commercial partners into disrepute.
8. PokerStars is not liable for any loss, theft, damage or injury caused or sustained by the winner as a result of participating in the prize (except that PokerStars will be liable for death or personal injury arising from PokerStars’ negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation).
