A temporary PIN is a 6-digit number issued by us and sent to your email address to enhance your account security.
Once a temporary PIN is set for your account, you'll need to enter it once via a dynamic virtual keypad. The keypad protects against malicious spyware and Trojan programs designed to capture your keystrokes when you log in from unsecured or public computers. It also shields you from certain types of phishing and social engineering scams.
We'll send you a single-use PIN to prevent unauthorized access to your account when detecting suspicious activity.
If you'd like to add an extra step to increase the security of your account, we suggest you set up a regular PIN. You can read more about these features here.
