Everything you need to know about PSLive

Sign up for the tournaments you want to play in using PSLIve.

This is our in-house tournament management and registration system.

Your PSLive account is a separate account for live events. It's not linked to your PokerStars account.

We use it for European Poker Tours (EPTs) and the PokerStars Caribbean Adventure (PCA).

How can I set up a PSLive account?

You can sign up onsite at the tournament venue with our live events staff at a sign-up desk. They'll be happy to help.

It's a simple process that only takes a few minutes. You'll need a photo ID. We'll take a quick webcam photo and ask you for personal details. These include your name, date of birth and email address.

What about my PSLive Wallet balance?

You can't set up, fund and use the remaining funds in your PSLive (PSL) Wallet anymore.

We'll return any remaining funds to the players' bank accounts.

If you're one of these players, please send your bank details to myaccount@pokerstarslive.com.

This change doesn't affect all PSLive accounts. It's one related to people holding a PSL Wallet.

We'll still offer other buy-in options. These may change depending on the casino buy-in options and local jurisdictions. Check them out by contacting us at live@pokerstarslive.com or checking out our Tournament page.

Is the PSLive card still in use?

Yes, we'll still use it to manage live events. We just removed the PSLive Wallet feature.

You still need your active PSLive Account to sign up for our events.
