      How to book a hotel for a Live Event or ask for travel assistance

      We offer many accommodation options for our players, including discounted rates.

      We have a Travel team to help you get the best hotels during our Live Events. Just reach out so we can help you with available hotel options.

      Let us know if you're interested in other activities or experiences throughout the event too.

      Changing hotel dates in the package

      We pre-book and pay for all rooms as specified in the package. That's why you can't move hotel check-in and check-out dates.

      We can't refund you any unused nights. You need to book and pay extra for any nights outside the package with PokerStars Travel.

      Change or add a name to the package booking

      All hotel rooms are non-refundable and non-transferable. We'll book them in the qualifier's name. You can add a guest name but the room will remain in your name.

      If you put a guest’s name on your room, you're responsible for them, even if you don't check in. If they cause damage or fail to pay their bill, the hotel will charge you for this.
