The PaysafeCard is a prepaid online payment method that allows you to make safe and easy deposits without sharing bank or personal account details. There are two ways of depositing with PaysafeCard:

      • You can use PaysafeCard prepaid vouchers directly on our site.
      • You can top up a 'my PaysafeCard' wallet with the coupons and use the wallet's balance to deposit with us.

PaysafeCard vouchers are available in different currencies and amounts. You can buy them from thousands of retail outlets around the world. To find your nearest shop, follow these steps:

      1. Go to the PaysafeCard website.
      2. Hit the world icon and choose your country.
      3. Select the 'Menu' icon In the top left corner.
      4. Hit 'Find Sales Outlet'.
      5. Search by address, city or town.
      6. You'll see the nearest outlets pinned on the map.

You can deposit your vouchers directly in most countries where PaysafeCard is available. However, we have new deposit limits for PaysafeCards within the European Union due to legislation. The maximum you'll be able to deposit with a single PIN is €50.

You'll need to create a 'my PaysafeCard' wallet if:

      • You live in:
        • Austria

How do I create a 'my PaysafeCard' account?

You can do that from our 'Cashier' or directly at the PaysafeCard website:

You can read more information by going to their site and selecting 'Menu' at the top left-hand corner of the screen, and then 'Currency calculator'. Here you can check the conversion fee that applies.

I'm trying to use PaysafeCard, but I can't. Why?

Some possible reasons for a declined PaysafeCard transaction include:

      • Temporary connectivity issues. Try to deposit again later.
      • Incorrect voucher information. Make sure the details are correct and try again.
      • Outdated web browser version. Update to the latest version and try again.
      • Insufficient funds. Go to the PaysafeCard's website, and confirm you have enough balance.
      • You're using a junior PaysafeCard intended for underage users. Reach out to PaysafeCard at info@PaysafeCard.com.
      • You've entered your PaysafeCard PIN in the Bonus Code field. You'll only be asked to insert your voucher PIN on the next redirect page.
      • Your PaysafeCard PIN is locked for security reasons. Check these instructions at PaysafeCard's website to unlock the PIN.
      • You
      • Your PaysafeCard balance isn't enough to cover the currency conversion fee. To see the current exchange rate, head to PaysafeCard's website, go to' Services', and then to 'Currency calculator'.
      • The voucher's country doesn't match the one you've registered with us. You can only deposit with vouchers you bought in the same country as your user account. Also, if you're using a 'my PaysafeCard' wallet, the country of your wallet must match the country you registered on our Real Money form.
