Opting in to challenges

Some special offers require you to opt in before you can take part in them. We'll let you know via email, our website, and/or pop-up messages whenever this is the case.

To opt in, visit your Challenges window and activate the offer by selecting 'Opt in' or 'Start' (depending on the platform). You can get to the Challenges window by following the steps below:

• Mobile: Tap 'My Rewards' → 'Challenges'.
• Website: Tap your username at the top of the screen, then 'Challenges'.
• Desktop: Go to 'My Rewards' → 'Challenges'.

Here, you'll also find the full requirements and prize details for every task.

For your progress to count, make sure to opt in before you begin any activities needed for the challenge.
