Once you’ve played all your Bonus Spins, winnings are credited either as a Casino Instant Bonus or as real money, depending on the terms of the Bonus.
If winnings are in the form of a Casino Instant Bonus then these funds can be converted to real money by earning the required number of redemption points in Casino games, or placing a required number of bets.
If your Bonus Spin winnings are awarded as cash on completion, the cash winnings can be withdrawn.
Any jackpot wins occurring as a result of Bonus Spins will always be paid as cash.
No restrictions or wagering/withdrawal requirements.
How do Bonus Spins Work?
Bonus Spins are awarded to players in certain situations, such as a reward for a completed Challenge, or as part of a promotion.
Bonus Spins are for use on specified eligible games, with winnings converted into a Casino Instant Bonus or real money once all bonus spins are completed.
When you ‘accept’ a Bonus Spin, you will have a pre-determined amount of time in which to use it in eligible games before it expires. If you choose to ‘decline’ a Bonus Spin, the bonus will not be available and no further action will be required.
Play, Pause, Resume
The redemption method of a Bonus Spin will be displayed when the Bonus is offered, and all information will be available to view in the ‘My Stars’ menu, where players can manage their bonuses by selecting ‘Bonus Spins’. You’ll also find additional details there, such as eligible games, expiry dates, Bonus progress, redemption method and an option to ‘pause’ the bonus.
Pausing your current Bonus will place it on hold and allow you to use another Bonus Spin available in your account. You can choose to ‘resume’ a paused Bonus at any time up to expiry, though please note that pausing a Bonus does not affect its expiry date or time. Bonus Spins can be used in multiple eligible games, but you can only open one Bonus Spin session at a time.
You can play any other games at the same time when playing a Bonus Spin session in the desktop and web clients (where available); the games will open in different windows. On Mobile, you can only play one game at a time.
Multiple Bonus Spins
Only one Bonus Spin may be in use at any one time in an eligible game. If you have multiple Bonus Spins available for use in a particular game then you can manage the priority order of the Bonuses in the ‘Bonus Spins’ section of the ‘My Stars’ menu.
Once the active Bonus Spin is fully used, paused or expired, the next Bonus Spin will automatically become available. If you do not wish to use a Bonus Spin you have accepted, simply pause the Bonus Spin and let it expire, after which it will be removed from your account.
Playing your Bonus Spins
Once a Bonus Spin is available to be used on an eligible game (i.e. it has been accepted), the Bonus Spins icon will be displayed on its game window. Click the Bonus Spins icon to open the Bonus Spins widget; clicking ‘Play’ in the widget will launch a Bonus Spins session in a separate window.
The ‘Line Bet’ and ‘Total Bet’ fields will indicate that this is a Bonus Spins session. After you have used all your bonus spins, any Bonus Spin winnings will be credited to your account either as a Casino Instant Bonus or as cash, depending on the terms of the Bonus.
Expiration
Every Bonus Spin has an expiry date. If all bonus spins have not been used by the expiry date, your Bonus Spin will expire and will be removed from your account, and you will not receive any pending winnings acquired using those bonus spins.
